The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. They made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to the beach. It was convenient to explore the city and enjoy the sun and sand. Another advantage was that we could order cappuccino and espresso whenever we wanted, which was a nice treat.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. The mattress in our room was not in good condition and definitely needed to be changed.

The location was super convenient, with the train station and the beach just a short walk away. We had a blast exploring both Viareggio and Pisa - the Leaning Tower is unreal! The staff were really cool and helpful, making our trip even better. Highly recommended for young travelers like us!

The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife nearby. We had so much energy and wanted to party, but couldn't really find any clubs or bars close to the hotel.

The room at Hotel Rex was amazing! It had everything I needed - a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning to beat the heat, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Plus, the free toiletries and hairdryer were a nice touch.

Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the minibar in the room. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
